When should I choose for the Pro plan?
If you want better ... and ... then you want to upgrade your plan to Pro. If this still does not meet your needs, contact us for a custom tailed Enterprise plan. Link: contact us.
Can I buy more queries for the basic plan?
Yes, by upgrading to the Pro plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. You will be able to use Streambiki untill the last day of your subscribed period. We will keep your queries for a period of 30 days, in case you would like to start using Streambiki again. After these 30 days your queries and shared links will be deleted. If you want the queries to be deleted immediately, you can delete them yourself in the Streambiki application.
